These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with our signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk. This selection is designed to accompany any cheeseboard and contains three individually wrapped trays.

RYE & CHARCOAL: Milk, rye flour 35%, wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), sourdough 11% (rye flour, water), wholemeal wheat flour, honey, butter (milk), charcoal 2.3%, sea salt
POPPY SEED: Spelt wheat flour, milk, sourdough 13% (rye flour, water), poppy seeds 4.6%, muscovado sugar, sea salt.
OREGANO: Wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), wholemeal wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil 11%, sourdough 11% (rye flour, water), muscovado sugar, sea salt, dried oregano leaves 1%, dried thyme leaves, black pepper.
ROSEMARY & SEA SALT: Wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), rye flour, sourdough 21% (rye flour, water), rapeseed oil, sea salt (Cornish) 1%, muscovado sugar, dried rosemary leaves 0.5%, dried thyme leaves, black pepper.
PUMPKIN: Wheat flour (wheat flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), malted wheat flakes, malted wheat grains, malted barley flour), sourdough 14% (rye flour, water), seeds 8% (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds), rapeseed oil, rye flour, oatmeal, muscovado sugar, sea salt.
