Our Story
Free From Direct has changed quite a bit over the years, but we've never forgotten why it all started.
Our founder's personal experience with food allergies inspired a passion for making allergy-friendly shopping easier and more enjoyable. Understanding the importance of having a wider choice of suitable products, our founder wanted to create a place where everyone could discover delicious alternatives with confidence and ease.
Since then, we've grown our range, brought in new brands and started offering much more than just free-from foods. We're always looking for new products to add and ways to make shopping with us easier.
We've come a long way since those early days, and we're looking forward to seeing where the business goes next. A big thank you to everyone who's supported us along the way.
