Peter's Yard - Sourdough Cracker Selection 6 Flavours 

These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with our signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and organic fresh milk. This selection is designed to accompany any cheeseboard and contains three individually wrapped trays.

Ingredients:

ORIGINAL: Milk, rye flour, wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), sourdough 12% (rye flour, water), wholemeal wheat flour, honey, salt

RYE & CHARCOAL: Milk, rye flour 35%, wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), sourdough 11% (rye flour, water), wholemeal wheat flour, honey, butter (milk), charcoal 2.3%, sea salt

POPPY SEED: Spelt wheat flour, milk, sourdough 13% (rye flour, water), poppy seeds 4.6%, muscovado sugar, sea salt.

PINK PEPPERCORN: Spelt wheat flour, milk, rye flour, sourdough 5% (rye flour, water), honey, pink peppercorn 2.1%, sea salt

FIG AND SPELT: Spelt wheat flour 79%, milk, dried fig pieces 16%, sourdough 10% (rye flour, water), honey, sea salt. 

ROSEMARY & SEA SALT: Wheat flour (wheat flour, Calcium, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin), rye flour, sourdough 21% (rye flour, water), rapeseed oil, sea salt (Cornish) 1%, muscovado sugar, dried rosemary leaves 0.5%, dried thyme leaves, black pepper.
