Candied ginger chunks coated in dark chocolate. Warm & fiery stem ginger is immersed in syrup until tender, then wrapped in cocoa-rich velvety dark chocolate. This perfect pairing mellows the ginger to give a soft, sweet and spicy delight. 

Ingredients:
Stem Ginger (60%), (ginger (sulphites), sugar), Dark Chocolate (40%), (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter), emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring).

Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 60% minimum.
